R E T U R N   P O L I C Y

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not you can return any item within 30 days of receipt provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with its original packaging. On the rare occasion that an item has arrived damaged or appears to be missing from your order, we kindly ask that you notify us by email, immediately (within 7 days of receipt of your order) and we will do our best to organise a replacement free of charge or a refund. If a broken or missing item isn't reported within 7 days of you receiving your order, we may not offer a replacement or refund. Our returns policy does not affect your legal right to cancel or your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products. We will be happy to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any original postage charges. Please note, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).

Please be aware, if your return is lost in transit we will not be able to issue a refund for your item(s). However, if you keep a receipt or proof of postage you may be eligible to claim compensation with your chosen shipping provider. 


R E F U N D S

If you wish to return an item(s) please email rebecca@justsointeriors.co.uk quoting your order number, then we will provide the returns address. 

Once we have received your returned item(s) and they have been quality checked, we will notify you and process your refund. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to show in your account. Please note that we are unable to refund the original shipping fee.


F A U L T Y,   D A M A G E D    O R    M I S S I N G   I T E M S

F U R N I T U R E

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not you can return a furniture item within 10 days of receipt provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with its original packaging. Please email rebecca@justsointeriors.co.uk quoting your order number and reason for your return. Please note there will be a collection fee of £60 to collect the goods and return them to our supplier. Please note that we are unable to refund the original shipping fee.
