We currently offer shipping to England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and The Isle of Man. Our 'Standard Shipping' charge is £5.95. If you would like an item(s) of ours shipping worldwide, please visit www.trouva.com where you will find all the same accessories as on our website available for worldwide shipping.
All of our orders are packed and shipped within 2 working days. Orders are processed Monday - Friday between 10am and 4pm. Please note we do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Orders are shipped with UPS and should arrive within 2 - 3 working days once they have been processed. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Please ensure that the delivery address you have entered is correct as we cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address you have provided is incorrect.
The courier will attempt delivery a total of 3 times. If your parcel is returned to us, we will provide a full refund for the item(s) that you ordered but cannot refund the shipping fee.
If in the unlikely event your parcel is delayed, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact the courier on your behalf.
For information purposes, tracking emails and updates from UPS will state the sender as 'Trouva'. Please note, this email has been generated correctly and has been triggered by us (Just So Interiors). Trouva are a worldwide marketplace, (a bit like Not on the High Street or Etsy) and as we sell through their website too, we are able to use the couriers UPS. Trouva hold the account with UPS and all the independent boutiques that sell through their website are able book collections in with UPS for their own website orders. So, if you receive a tracking email, or delivery email from UPS regarding an order you placed from us, this will state the sender as Trouva, please note, this is correct and the parcel has come from us.
T R A C K I N G
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email along with a tracking number and link for your parcel. Please note all our parcel collections are booked in via our Trouva shipping account, so email notifications and tracking may be branded 'Trouva'.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or modified.

F U R N I T U R E
Our furniture delivery charge is £25 and takes approximately 7-10 working days via our one man delivery courier partner. You will be called to arrange a morning or afternoon delivery slot on a weekday that is convenient for you. You will also receive a phone call on the agreed delivery day to confirm a 1 hour delivery window. The product will delivered in it's packaging to your door. Please note we only deliver our furniture items to mainland UK.
